Welcome to Oyster Bay Lodge. This luxury lodge is situated on a natural, coastal reserve between Plettenberg Bay and Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape and serves as "a must destination". This beautiful privately owned reserve is set on 235 hectares of unspoilt landscape hugged by a meandering beach of more than three kilometers. The Reserve incorporates magnificent dunes, woods, river deltas, beaches, wetlands and lagoons. Your friendly hosts, will make your stay a memorable and enjoyable one.

Our luxury accommodation and B&B accommodation consists of luxury 'Cape Dutch' chalets and comfortable guestrooms with optional services and an exciting variety of activities and adventures on the property and the surrounding area.

The lodge is set on 235 hectares of unspoilt landscape and incorporates magnificient dunes, woods, river deltas, beaches, wetlands, lagoons and home to free roaming horses and an extensive birdlife.

Oyster Bay Lodge is the ideal Gardenroute accommodation or Eastern Cape accommodation to start (coming from Port Elizabeth) or finish (coming from Cape Town) the Garden Route. 

Oyster Bay Lodge offers a calm ‘eco-tourism’ centre of extended nature possibilities. It is nestled between Tsitsikamma National Parc and Jeffreys Bay (world renowned surfing paradise) and is part of St Francis Bay municipality (restaurants and shops).

Beside hiking trails there are more activities like: horse riding with a guide, dune safari, a pick nick on the place and time you choose, visiting a local crèche or township, whale spotting and many more!

Room Description                
All Luxury Chalets have extra length king size beds, en-suite open plan bathroom with separate bath & shower and toilet, fridge,   
coffee/tea making, facilities, safe, fire place, underfloor heating, kitchenette, private veranda with uninterrupted seaviews.    
All chalets can accommodate up to 3 people.            
                 
Our Comfortable Guest Rooms have a extra length king size bed (9) & queen size bed (1). All guest rooms have a      
en-suite bathroom with separate bath & shower and toilet, fridge & coffee/tea making facilities and safe. 8 of       
the Guest Rooms have a private veranda with sea view and two Guest Rooms have a view of our green &          
lush gardens and the mountains. Three of the Guest Rooms can accommodate up to 3 people and two can accommodate up to 4 people.

Reservations & Payment              
All bookings must be confirmed in writing by email or fax.            
Full pre-payment is required 4 weeks prior to arrival, unless other arrangements have been made.        
Booking reference number must be used when payment is done via banktransfer        
Please note that all activities are weather permitting            
                 
Cancellation Policy              
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.            
The following cancellation charges apply, unless other arrangements have been made;        
50% of the total amount if cancelled > 4 weeks prior to arrival date.          
100% of the total amount if cancelled < 4 weeks prior to arrival date          
No shows are charged in full.              
No refunds for premature departures              
                 
Child Policy              
Children under 2 years stay free of charge in the guest room or luxury chalet when accompanied by 2 adults.       
Costs for any meals or extras can be settled direct.             
Children between 2 and 12 years old, accompanied by 2 adults, will be charged 50% of the twin sharing rate.       
                 
Groups Policy              
Block bookings are released 60 days prior to arrival unless other arrangements have been        
made in writing.              
                 
Driver & Guide Policy
