Rates include: Accommodation, breakfast, levies.
Rates will be held on confirmed bookings on which deposit is received.
Additional Charges: Beverages, laundry, Internet, Fax and/or Telephone usage.
Regrettably NO PETS allowed.

Booking policy:
50 % of total accommodation is required to secure booking. On receiving the deposit reservation will be confirmed in writing.
Remaining 50% required on arrival.
Cancellation request to be received in writing.
Cancellations within 30 days prior to booked arrival date / non arrivals, forfeit full deposit.
Cancellations 31 – 45 days forfeit 50% of deposit.
Cancellations 46 (or more) days forfeit 25% of deposit.
Cancellation policy and / or waiver of such are at the discretion of the owners.
