DIRECTIONS:
From Port Elizabeth - travel on the N2 towards Cape Town. Drive for approximately 1 house minutes until you reach the Humansdorp off ramp. Drive straight through the town of Humansdorp crossing all 4-way stop streets until you reach a T-junction. Turn left at the T-junction towards St Francis Bay. Drive for another 15km until you see the St Francis Bay sign. You have arrived.
CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
DEPOSIT:-
The deposit amount is not deductible from the rental.
We confirm that your deposit will be placed into our Trust Account and is refundable once the premises have been inspected, but no later that 14 (fourteen) days after departure.
Any breakages and/or damages on the premises will be noted in writing to both Lessor and Lessee within 7 (seven) days after departure and replacements and/or repairs thereof will be deducted from the said deposit.
Should this booking be cancelled the deposit is not refundable.
RENTAL / CANCELLATION:-
The total rental amount is payable no later than 14 (fourteen) days prior to occupation, however rentals during the month of December and January total rental amount is payable by the end of November of the same year.
Should the amount not be paid in full by the due date, we will be entitled to cancel this Agreement in order to let the premises to other prospective tenants.
If the booking is cancelled between 14 (fourteen) and 7 (seven) days prior to occupation, 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 (seven) days prior to occupation, 40% of the total rental amount will be forfeited.
LINEN AND/OR TOWELS:-
Should linen and/or towels be provided, a laundry fee will be deducted from the deposit.
PETS:-
No dogs/pets are allowed without prior arrangement
